Job Description
The Director of Food & Beverage will lead and oversee all food and beverage operations across the organization, ensuring a consistently high standard of service and execution. This role involves shaping and driving multi-year strategies, with a strong focus on operational excellence, financial performance, and delivering a world-class experience for fans, VIPs, players, and guests. A key part of the position is benchmarking operations against industry best practices and continuously identifying areas for improvement.
The Director will be responsible for maintaining quality, safety, and consistency across all food and beverage services, while also managing vendor relationships, procurement processes, and contract negotiations. Ensuring that staffing levels are appropriate and that employees are well-trained and performing to standard is essential, as is fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism.
In addition, the role requires strict oversight of compliance with all relevant food safety, health, and licensing regulations. The Director will implement and uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality control, while also monitoring and enforcing responsible alcohol service policies where applicable. Overall, this position plays a central role in ensuring that all food and beverage operations run smoothly, efficiently, and at a level that reflects the organization’s ambitions.
There are two key elements to this role:
1. Grow the Northern European F&B business, organically, and representing Legends in the market, establishing key target opportunities and being ahead of the curve.
2. Implementing a Strategic focus for their key clients, ensuring an aligned strategy for each location is in place and operationalized successfully.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Design, develop and implement an F&B strategy in alignment with clients and the overall business goals.
Develop a multi-year strategic growth plan, to ensure they are in the right conversations at the right time.
Develop annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Identify new revenue opportunities through creative F&B concepts and partnerships.
Lead, mentor, and develop the F&B management and operations team.
Profile and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
Experience as a senior leader in a food & beverage environment, preferably in regional: resorts, hotels, or large-scale hospitality operations.
Proven track record of leading strategy and operations for multi-million-dollar budgets and achieving commercial objectives.
Strong understanding of large-scale operations and hospitality management
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
