CIP global executive search has been assigned to recruit a CEO to a company within the retail industry.

The position
In this position, business and leadership skills are major priorities. The company is looking for an accomplished businessperson who is a team player with strong leadership skills that is able to build, manage and motivate.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective business strategies and growth.
• Control budgets and optimize expenses, ensure qualitative reports to the
HQ.
• P&L responsibility, ensure qualitative reports to HQ.
• Lead the management team and ensure employees are motivated and
productive.
• Plan, coordinate and manage all business operations.
• Identify business opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Set targets, follow up and take action.
• Build and implement processes.
Profile and Experience:
• An academic business degree with experience in marketing
and sales.
• Experience from leading Sales /Business Development units in the textile
industry.
• 2+ years experience as CEO.
