Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Business Development to play a central role in driving strategic growth. The position focuses on identifying new opportunities, shaping market strategies, and ensuring successful execution of initiatives that strengthen the company’s footprint and long-term value creation.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Define and implement growth strategies with a particular focus on new markets, formats, and opportunities.
- Lead the evaluation and execution of new business cases, including potential retail locations and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor market dynamics, consumer trends, and competitive landscapes to guide decision-making.
- Negotiate with external stakeholders such as landlords, developers, and business partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, operations, supply chain, marketing) to ensure smooth launches and sustainable operations.
- Build strong external relationships to support the company’s strategic development.
- Track and optimize the performance of new initiatives.
Background and experience:
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree
- Solid background in business development, expansion, or related roles within FMCG or consumer-facing industries.
- Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to develop and implement growth strategies.
- Skilled in negotiations and stakeholder management.
- Strategic yet hands-on, with the ability to move seamlessly from planning to execution.
- International experience is required.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
