In this position, business and leadership skills are major priorities. We are looking for an accomplished businessperson who is a team player with strong leadership skills that is able to build, manage and motivate. Our ideal candidate speaks and understands the language of the retail world.

Tasks and resposibilities:

• Develop and implement effective business strategies and growth.
• P&L responsibility.
• Ensure employees are motivated and productive.
• Plan, coordinate and manage all business operations.
• Identify business opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Set targets, follow up and take action.
• Build and implement processes.

Profile and Experience:

• An academic business/finance degree or equivalent.
• A background within marketing or/and sales.
• Previous experience as CEO/COO, preferably from a retail company.
• Retail management experience.
• Experience from both physical stores and e-commerce i meritourious.
• 10 years of experience in the German market.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
