Job Description

As Business Manager Buying you will be responsible for driving profitable growth within your assigned category by ensuring the right product and materials are in place. You will lead your team to meet business goals and contribute to shaping the strategy and direction of your category, ensuring alignment with Lindex’s broader brand vision. Your role involves overseeing the product assortment and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs, stay competitive in the market, and maximize profitability.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team to achieve business objectives and growth within your category.
• Shape the strategic direction of the category, ensuring alignment with Lindex’s brand and market positioning.
• Drive growth by securing product concepts and assortments that align with customer needs and trends.
• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for category development.
• Collaborate with other departments, including design, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of category strategies.
• Ensure that product offerings meet customer expectations and deliver optimal profitability.
