Job Description
The Director of Kidswear will be responsible for growing the category by creating concepts, product assortments, and stories that meet customer needs while further strengthening Lindex’s position in the market. This role combines creative leadership with commercial accountability to ensure the products resonate with customers across all markets while reflecting the brand's vision and values.
Task and responsibilities
- Sets the long-term creative and design vision for the kidswear category and oversees the development of product collections.
- Owns the process of defining customer offers, making decisions on stories and concepts for product campaigns in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Oversees and works closely with Brand Marketing during campaign production to ensure alignment with Lindex’s creative vision.
- Drives continuous innovation within the category to keep products fresh, relevant, and competitive.
- Manages operational planning activities to ensure efficient execution and delivery of category goals.
- Leads, develops, and inspires the kidswear department and its employees in line with Lindex’s overall strategy.
- Is accountable for category performance, including budget management, team development, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

- Have extensive experience and knowledge of the fashion retail industry, particularly within purchasing and category management.
- Demonstrate an overall understanding of the total supply chain, including product development, sourcing, and sustainability practices.
- Hold an academic degree in textiles, design, business, or a related field.
