Job description
We are seeking CFO with international business experience. Leadership skills and a strong financial experience are required. As part of the management team, the role is responsible for the finance and economics of the company and will report to the company’s CEO and keep close relationships to the rest of the organization. The position requires a candidate who is knowledgeable of the work process within retail and e-commerce, the right understanding of omni-channel work and has an entrepreneurial mindset within the organization.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Responsible for overlooking the whole department on a high level including salaries and wages, bookkeeping and accounting, VAT and tax declarations and payments, accounts receivables and payables, all department financials, travel expenses and other. Thus overlooking all employees in the Finance department.

• Controlling – both financial and operational 
• Budgets, Investment calculations and analysis.
• Analysis in working capital, cash flow and balance sheets.
• Company financing.
• Monthly closings.
• Monthly and quarterly reports to the CEO, the board and the bank.
• Financial presentations to the board on request.
• Overlook and lead the annual closing process together with the Auditors, the Finance department and other heads of involved departments.

Profile and experience

• 5 + years exeperience as CFO or equivalent 
• Relevant Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting/business administration.
• Experience with accounting on a group level.
• Experience within FMCG
