Job description


The company wants to recruit a CEO with operational and strategic responsibility for the entire company. The organization is experienced and well-established with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. The role includes responsibility for all markets, but the position is based at the headquarters in Stockholm.

We are looking for a person with strong leadership, experience in the retail industry, and international experience.

The primary competency requirements for the position are a focus on quality combined with strong commercial acumen and a sense for business. A strong track-record in a CEO role is essential. The candidate should lead by motivating, developing, and driving employees forward in the best way to achieve goals and create profitable results. The mission is to take the company to the next level and ensure a strong future development, both in terms of image/profile and profitability.

Profile and experience

  • A proven track record of delivering strong results, both in terms of profitability and establishing an overall thriving organization.
  • Experience from a similar position in a medium or large international retail company, with previous commercial, operational and strategic responsibility for the company.
  • Understanding of the entire work process, from idea to production and final sale in stores. 
  • Experience leading an international team
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
