Job Description

The company is looking for an analytical COO with strong leadership experience and a background in scaling and building operational processes from the ground up. The COO, together with the CEO, will have both strategic and operational responsibility for the business.

It is the responsibility of the COO, in collaboration with the CEO, to develop the overall strategy and operational model for future growth and distribution, while also ensuring that culture, quality, and values are maintained. 

Previous experience in fast-growing B2B environments is essential, ideally from start-ups or mid-size companies with strong cultures and value foundations, particularly those in transformation or rapid expansion.

Tasks and responsibilities 

• Manage daily operations and ensure effective scaling processes in the new market.
• Lead market entry strategies and coordinate local operations to overcome market-specific challenges.
• Oversee operational budgets and collaborate with the CFO on cost management and financial goals.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering growth and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain high-quality operational practices.
• Develop and implement contingency plans to address and resolve operational issues swiftly.
