The owners of the company want to recruit a Member of the Board with strategic height and good experience from conducting active board work within retail. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working with strong international brands as well as experience from the fashion industry.
Examples of tasks:
Together with the board and CEO determine the brand's overall goals regarding business plans, budget and results as well as development project together with the board and owners.
To lead and develop the board towards set company goals in order to achieve one profitable result.
Strategic and financial responsibility for the brand and the company.
To understand functions and flows within the company.
Qualifications and experience:
At least 5 years experience as a board member with brand experience.
Experience from international expansion.
Experience within fashion.
Experience from working in an international environment.
Experience from entrepreneurial companies, preferably listed companies.
