Position Overview:
CIP is seeking an experienced Executive Search Consultant to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent for our clients, ensuring their business success through strategic hiring practices.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to understand their specific talent needs, business objectives, and company culture.
- Prospect new clients as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying and approaching suitable candidates, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, skills, and cultural fit for both current and future opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and industry analysis to identify market trends.
- Participate in client meetings, and presentations, and maintain regular client communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier talent through various channels, including social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Collaborate with other consultants and researchers on shared projects and assignments.
- Perform various administrative tasks associated with the recruitment process.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and insights on talent acquisition best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the recruitment industry, specifically in roles such as Recruitment Consultant or Executive Search Consultant.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written, preferably as a native/mother tongue language.
- Academic education.
- Proven experience in executive search, talent acquisition, or recruitment, preferably within Retail/ FMCG.
